Prepare for the Photo-explosion. Roloff Farms was everything we wanted in a Pumpkin Patch, and yet, the Pumpkin Patch part is the least of it, but since we took so many photos in the patch, and have a few fun stories to savior... I'll break this up into two posts... First, and foremost the FUN and Activities!
For those of you who live under a rock, the Roloff Farm was made famous by a TLC show by the name of "Little People, Big World". The family of Matt, Amy, Jeremy, Zachary, Molly and Jacob grew up on TV and shared their lives to reality TV lovers everywhere. Now, the kids are all grown, married and having kids of their own, and Matt and Amy are off on their own adventures, divorced and both have new love interests. The show is in it's 18th season, and the fandom at the pumpkin farm has not shrunk at all, there were people EVERYWHERE.

We arrived at Roloff farms on Saturday of opening weekend around 10:20 am, gates open at 10:00 am. There was still plenty of parking, and the best part, it is FREE! We were greeted by many clever pumpkin signs and several friendly parking attendants, they have it down to a science!
We hopped right out of the car, ready to take on the patch when we had our first Roloff Sighting! The full camera crew was there, and Zach was getting ready to take a family on a private tour on one of the mules. We didn't really see him again, but we had a few other sightings. We aren't overbearing fans, so we didn't chase any of them down to take photos, they looked like they were just trying to make sure their farm was up and running well. We snagged a few photos, but just saw Jeremy in passing quick and didn't have our cameras ready! So, in short, if you're going hoping to see the family, you definitely will!
We bought the "All Inclusive Pass" for $14. It gave us a wagon tour (which was $10 alone) and full access to Adventure Zone. The Adventure Zone looked mostly for kids, but we wanted to have access just incase something struck our fancy.
We started out with the wagon tour and saw the whole farm, the house, the wedding barn, the Goat Hotel, all of it! The tour guide was a friend of the family, so it was fun to see it in "real life" rather than on TV, they really have a beautiful space in Oregon, it is quite the slice of heaven. The tour stops for about 7-10 minutes at the "Cowboy town" where we got to get out and walk around a bit!
After the tour, we hopped right over to Adventure Zone. From a far the Adventure Zone looked like it was mostly for kids, being kids ourselves we tried nearly everything the Adventure Zone had to offer!
They had so many amazing things to do! They had a few things that I didn't get photos of, but my recommendation would be DO IT ALL! Don't be shy! Without Liz, I wouldn't have belly laughed so hard, she truly brings out the little kid in me!
We had such an amazing time in the Adventure Zone. I can't wait to show you our Pumpkin Pictures! More to come!
